Egham is a small town located in the heart of Surrey, one of the most attractive counties in the United Kingdom, about 30 km from the centre of London. Only a stone's throw away is the well-known Windsor Castle, the summer residence of the British Royal family and a typical example of a medieval fortress.

The Kingswood Campus of Royal Holloway is part of London University and is located near the town of Egham, approximately a 40-minute train ride from London.

English language courses are taught by British Council-certified teachers for a total of 15 hours of lessons per week.

All students will undergo an entrance test on arrival to establish the level of their knowledge of the language and be placed in the appropriate class. A certificate recognised by the British Council will be awarded to each student at the end of the study holiday.

Two whole days will be dedicated to lessons (morning and afternoon) to make up for hours lost during full-day excursions.

Students will be housed in modern, spacious single rooms with bathroom facilities located on each floor. Common rooms and a coin-operated laundry service are available. Full board is provided throughout the stay.
